Refund Policy

Ascend HR Solutions values transparency and clear expectations. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our HR consulting services.

Consulting Services

Due to the nature of HR consulting services—including time-based work, customized guidance, and professional expertise—all consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consultations (virtual or in-person)

  • HR audits or assessments

  • Policy development or handbook creation

  • Ongoing or fractional HR support

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.​

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for a refund

Prepaid Packages

For prepaid consulting packages or service bundles:

  • Services are non-refundable once any portion of the package has been used.

  • Unused services may expire if not used within the timeframe outlined in your service agreement.

  • Package-specific terms will be provided at the time of purchase or engagement.
     

Specific refund terms for packages will be outlined in your service agreement, if applicable.

Digital Products

Digital products—including downloadable templates, guides, workbooks, checklists, or online resources—are non-refundable due to their immediate access and delivery.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed and will be determined at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing services or digital products, you agree to contact Ascend HR Solutions directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and access to digital products.
