Let’s get you out of the administrative weeds and back into the visionary role you were meant to play.

You don't need the overhead of a full-time hire; you need someone to hold the container for your daily operations. This Fractional HR Administrator service provides the grounded, ongoing support required to manage your routine HR tasks and keep your business compliant.

What’s Included:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: I manage the portals of your business—processing the new hire paperwork, ensuring I-9 compliance, and handling exit documentation with grace so every transition feels seamless and supported.

  • Data Management: Keep your backend systems flowing effortlessly. Your HR software (HRIS) stays perfectly up to date with address changes, pay rates, and role shifts, ensuring your organizational structure always reflects your current reality.

  • Benefits & Time-Off: Manage basic benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding PTO balances, giving your team the clarity they need.

  • Payroll Preparation: Organize your timesheets and prep your payroll data so the financial exchange between you and your team remains clear and seamless.

  • Frontline Employee Support: The reliable touchpoint for your team’s routine HR and policy questions. This protects your boundaries so you aren't constantly pulled away from your high-level work to answer basic administrative questions.

  • Our Process: How We Work Together

Step 1: Discovery & Alignment Every great partnership starts with clear alignment. Upon booking, you will receive an email with a comprehensive discovery questionnaire to gather essential details about your current HR pain points, business goals, and timeline. This ensures our expertise perfectly aligns with your specific needs right from the start.

Step 2: The Scope of Work (SOW) & Agreement You will be provided a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) that clearly outlines the exact deliverables, timelines, and out-of-scope boundaries. Once you sign the SOW, your project is officially secured on the calendar.

Step 3: Secure Information Gathering Your time is valuable, so the onboarding is kept highly organized. You will receive a clear checklist and instructions for securely submitting the specific documents that are needed from you to begin—such as your old employee handbook, current job descriptions, or existing policies. These materials will be thoroughly reviewed before work begins.

Step 4: Strategy, Drafting & Collaboration This is where the heavy lifting happens. You will be kept updated on progress at key milestones so you are never left wondering where your project stands, but your inbox won't be bombarded with unnecessary questions either.

Step 5: Review & Refine Once the initial draft or strategy is complete, the draft will be sent over for to you to review with your team. Because it is important for the final product to fit your company culture perfectly, project-based services include up to two (2) rounds of consolidated revisions. This is where collaboration takes place to tweak the tone, adjust policies, and finalize the details.

Step 6: Final Delivery & Handoff Upon final approval, all your finalized assets will be delivered. You will receive clean, organized files (typically in both PDF and editable Word formats) so you have full ownership of your documents.
