You finally got the offer. Congratulations! Now, here’s the reality: The company’s first offer is rarely their best offer. They have built-in "negotiation room" that most candidates are too scared to touch because they don't want to seem greedy or risk the job.

Send me your offer letter before you sign it. I’ll pull back the curtain on the "HR Math" happening on their end. I will review the base salary, bonus structure, equity, and benefits against current market standards. Then, I’ll give you the exact, word-for-word counter-offer script to use so you can secure more money without risking the relationship.

  • What’s Included:

    • A comprehensive audit of your official offer letter.

    • Market rate benchmarking for your specific role and city.

    • A custom-tailored counter-offer strategy (Salary, PTO, Signing Bonus, etc.).

    • The Swipe File: The exact email template to send back to the recruiter.

  • Our Process: How We Work Together

Step 1: Discovery & Alignment Every great partnership starts with clear alignment. Upon booking, you will receive an email with a comprehensive discovery questionnaire to gather essential details about your current HR pain points, business goals, and timeline. This ensures our expertise perfectly aligns with your specific needs right from the start.

Step 2: The Scope of Work (SOW) & Agreement You will be provided a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) that clearly outlines the exact deliverables, timelines, and out-of-scope boundaries. Once you sign the SOW, your project is officially secured on the calendar.

Step 3: Secure Information Gathering Your time is valuable, so the onboarding is kept highly organized. You will receive a clear checklist and instructions for securely submitting the specific documents that are needed from you to begin—such as your old employee handbook, current job descriptions, or existing policies. These materials will be thoroughly reviewed before work begins.

Step 4: Strategy, Drafting & Collaboration This is where the heavy lifting happens. You will be kept updated on progress at key milestones so you are never left wondering where your project stands, but your inbox won't be bombarded with unnecessary questions either.

Step 5: Review & Refine Once the initial draft or strategy is complete, the draft will be sent over for to you to review with your team. Because it is important for the final product to fit your company culture perfectly, project-based services include up to two (2) rounds of consolidated revisions. This is where collaboration takes place to tweak the tone, adjust policies, and finalize the details.

Step 6: Final Delivery & Handoff Upon final approval, all your finalized assets will be delivered. You will receive clean, organized files (typically in both PDF and editable Word formats) so you have full ownership of your documents.
